I’ve learned the essentials—like safety, age-appropriate activities, handling emergencies, and managing behavior—so you can feel confident leaving your kids in my care.

Growing up helping my little sister with homework has taught me patience, creativity, and how to break down tough concepts in a way that makes sense. I'm passionate about helping others succeed and making learning feel a little less stressful—and maybe even fun!

I'm great with pets and have a special place in my heart for animals of all kinds—especially those with a little extra character. I have a three-legged dog at home, so I'm used to being patient, attentive, and understanding of special needs. Whether it's walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I make sure pets feel safe, loved, and cared for like they're part of the family.

About me:
Hi! My name is Sophie Sterbakov and I would love to be a babysitter or tutor for your family! I grew up in Los Angeles and moved to the Temecula/Murrieta area in 2021. I have always had a passion for childcare and have a natural connection with kids. I attend Murrieta Mesa High School and take child development/education and psychology classes. This is preparing me for my plans to study and pursue child psychology in the future! In addition to this, I have many volunteer hours at music studios teaching young kids the basics of different instruments and music theory. I have tutored many different age ranges and and comfortable tutoring any subjects through 8th grade. I'm also comfortable and experienced caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. I have a knack for explaining things well and not giving up when dealt challenges.
